HealerPass is a marketplace designed with health-conscious people and biohackers in mind. We created a space where people who want to optimize their health can quickly access a concierge network of health and wellness providers in Puerto Rico. You can book fast-track appointments and pay for services all on your phone.

People are busy and don’t want to wait months for an appointment. Concierge medical services are growing at a fast pace in Puerto Rico, and people are looking for ways to connect with the right health providers in a timely manner. That is why we created a convenient, fast, trustworthy, and reliable wellness marketplace. We look for top providers in high demand and negotiate time slots within their busy calendars, so Healerpass users can book appointments for a fee.

Anyone can download our app. However, only those who received invitations will have access to the app’s services during our beta phase. Pravan Clinic members will be the first group to be invited to download and use the first version of Healerpass

To participate in our private beta, visit healerpass.com and join the waitlist. Since we have a limited number of providers, we can not allow many people to join at once. We will always maintain a healthy balance between the number of providers and people using our app, so appointment slots don’t get overcrowded.

We carefully curate the network of medical and wellness providers by revising their backgrounds, reviews, and certifications to make sure we only give access to the most qualified professionals.

An innovative option that gives people faster access to our concierge medical network. Some providers in high demand offer the possibility of getting a private appointment and squeezing you into their calendars within the next two weeks in exchange for a cash fee.

Appointments in Healer Pass are private visits, which means you are paying a cash fee to have access and receive services at the scheduled time. Doctors and providers are exclusively scheduling this time for you.

No. Since all appointments services and appointments offered at Healerpass are private, you can’t use your health insurance to cover their cost. Healerpass is considered an out-of-pocket private concierge network.

If your provider cancels an appointment 48 hours or more before the appointment date, we will not charge your credit card. If the provider cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before the date and time of the appointment, you will have the right to a full refund. This behavior is not within our standards and the provider will receive a written warning.

If your provider fails to show up, it will be considered a cancellation, and you will have the right to a full refund. If the provider is 20 minutes late or more, you will have the option to reschedule or cancel the appointment with a full refund. This behavior is not within our standards, and the provider will receive a written warning.

We love feedback. You can rate a provider by going to your bookings section in the bottom left menu of the app. Right next to every appointment, you will see a RATE link. Click and provide a rating and comments about your appointment. Ratings show on the main provider profile page on the app.

You have a couple of options to get in touch and request support: in the app, you can go to your profile in the main menu and see a link “contact support .” Click on it, and a new screen will open up where you can describe your problem and request support. If you can’t access your app, you can go to our website www.healerpass.com and find a support link in the page’s footer. You can also send us an email at support@healerpass.com. All three options will open a support ticket, and we will get back to you in 24hrs or less.

You will need to contact support to request the refund and include the reason for your refund. Refunds are usually processed within seven (7) business days of your request.

Healerpass respects the provider’s right to implement their own Covid-19 safety protocols when providing services; therefore, we do not require proof of vaccination from either you or the providers. However, Healerpass encourages you and providers to discuss specific Covid-19 protocols for the service once the booking process is completed. If you don’t feel comfortable with the provider’s Covid-19 safety protocols or vaccination status, you will have the right to cancel the appointment without penalty and receive a full refund.
